MBTI and social distancing

Home alone or with others (constantly) over the next weeks and months, our personalities are going to play a big part in how we adapt to this experience. [Yes, it’s a Howard Jones LP in the video]

Occupational Psychologist, Rory Fidgeon talks through the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality instrument and explains how our personalities might play out in this very different working context we find our selves in –  self-isolating, working from home, and at home but not working.  Rory talks through the road ahead and explains the importance of understanding both our own preferences and those of others in order to find a way through all of this.
